Privately-owned and delivering property development and construction projects for the residential and commercial sectors since 1995, Wardan Group is a family operated company that practices the traditional values of partnership, collaboration, trust, transparency and reliability.

Our values are what drive us to offer all clients a holistic turnkey service, in which we either drive or guide clients through the development and construction process.

As well as proudly delivering our own projects, Wardan Group also are engaged by others to assist with delivering their own. We offer a conception through to completion approach to all projects and our office in Parramatta is well resourced to service the needs of each individual project.

By our entire management overseeing every project, we are able to achieve a higher level of consistency and quality across each project. Each phase of work in the design and construction phase will always be overseen by multiple members of our team to erase any margin for error and ensure that the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration. This allows our clients and customers to have multiple contacts within our organisation and ensure that we are always responsive to all of our stakeholders needs.

Rony Wardan

Rony has worked in the property development industry for over 25 years and has a strong background in real estate transactions, planning and project delivery. Rony leads the business on a day-to-day strategic basis and has been instrumental in the group’s success. He is the driver of Wardan Group’s vision and believes in the power of land development to create positive change. Rony employs a pragmatic and transparent approach with all clients and stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for every project.

Dany Wardan

Dany has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years and has a strong background in construction management and project-wide operations. He has a proven track record in managing large-scale construction to deliver quality projects on time and within budget. Dany places a great emphasis on client satisfaction whilst fostering accountability with all project stakeholders to ensure a successful project lifecycle.

General Counsel

Andrew Wardan

Andrew is the group’s General Counsel and splits his focus between the development and construction sides of the business. Andrew’s background is in development, construction and commercial law and has spent the last 10 years working in private practice for major property development and construction companies. Andrew uses his acute understanding of the NSW planning system and the construction legal framework to achieve positive outcomes for all stakeholders in contract negotiation, procurement, and project delivery.
